Signal Booster series are signal enhancing cocktail for immunoassay. Two types of reagents were developed. Signal Booster is a standard signal enhancer and shows stable enhancing activity in many kind of assays. Signal Booster Neo is a newly developed protein-free signal enhancer and good for to detect phospho proteins or in conditions where protein interfer the assays. Both products are easy-to-use, simply dilute antibodies with these reagents and you can get stronger signal while reducing background. Principle
The main component of Signal Boosters is a certain polymer and ingredients having blocking action. These components change the surface physico-chemical properties of anitgens and antibodies, ehnhance the chance of encountering, and enhance the specific binding of antigen and antibody. By the same mechanism, these components reduce the non-specific binding and reduce background. As a result, you can get higher signal with lower background.
Product Characteristics
Signal Booster is a standard enhancer for western blot, ELISA and others.
This product consists of two solutions, one for the dilution of primary antibody, the other for the dilution of secondary antibody. For ELISA, depending on the assay system, you have to choose either solution.
1. Stronger signal and lower background as compared to ordinary method
As compared to the ordinary method using detergent-containing buffer solution, you can get about a few to more than 10-fold stronger signals.
2. Stronger signal as compared to similar products
You can get stronger signal as compared to similar products.
3. Wide variety of applications
You can use Signal Boosters for Western Blotting, ELISA and other related detection systems. Since the product does not affect the activities of HRP or ALP, you can use antibody and antigens labeled by these enzymes. The product can be also used for systems using luminecence, fluorescence, and others.
4. Easy to use
Signal Booster is made for ready-to-use. You simply dilute antibodies with the product.
Signal Booster Neo is a 100% chemical constituted enhancer.
This product is good for western blot for phospho proteins, or ELISA where protein interfers the reaction.

Q: How long does the product can be used？
At 4 ℃、you can use the product for over 1 year.
Q: Dose phosphrylated protein can be detected in Western blotting？
Yes, no problem. When you use Signal Booster Neo, we recommend to use c-Block to make complete protein-free assay condition.
Q: Is it possible to use the product in immunostaining？
We developed “Signal Booster Immunostain” for the use of immunostaining. Please use the new product for immunostaining.
Q: How good as compared to similar products？
Our product shows stronger enhancement as compared to a 2 solution type product, but much lower price.
Q: Can we use the diluted product？
No, both solutions are maximized for ther abilities as they are, and we do not garantee ability after dilution.
