Introduction
Beacle Inc. was founded in 2002 by professors of four universities (Osaka, Keio, Kobe, and Okayama) in order to industrialize Bionanocapsule which was co-invented by them.
Bionanocapsule（BNC）is a hollow nano-sized particle that is produced by expressing HBV’s surface protein in yeast. BNC, being similar to the envelop of HBV in structure and function, can be utilized for various purposes.
Based on the BNC technology, we develops drug delivery system (DDS) by using BNC’s cellular delivery ability, highly sensitive Multi-Antibody Detection (MAD) system by using BNC consisted of antibody-binding proteins, new types of HBV vaccine by using BNC expressing the surface antigen identical to natural HBV. We also develop research reagents products for HBV- and Immunoassay-related fields.

From the foundation in 2002, Beacle Inc. has been focusing on the development of original Bionanocapsule (BNC) technology. We have currently two business fields; one is the development of medicinal technologies and the other production of research reagents. The latter business is conducted in order to support the former business which requires long time and large resources.
In the medicinal field, our focus is developments of DDS, new type vaccines, and antibody sensors which are all based on BNC technology and expected to be used in medicinal or diagnostic field.
In the research reagent filed, we develop, produce and sell products which are related to immunoassay or hepatitis B virus. We pay effort to develop highly original and unique products, to produce high quality products, and to sell at reasonable price.
We would like to continue to develop technologies required by life science society, and to contribute your better healthy life.

1. Get off at Kyoto station (about 0.25 or 2.5 hrs from Shin-Osaka or Tokyo station) and exit from the Karasuma gate.
2. Take Taxi form Kyoto station to our laboratory (approximately 20 min)
